Diagnostic reports provided by Kedar Centre are based on radiological findings. These reports should be interpreted by a qualified medical practitioner in correlation with clinical symptoms. We are not responsible for self-diagnosis based on reports.

2. Appointments & Scheduling

While we strive to maintain scheduled appointment times, medical emergencies may occasionally cause delays. We appreciate your patience in such circumstances.

• Patients are requested to arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled scan.
• Certain scans (like Contrast-enhanced CT/MRI) require specific fasting or preparation.

3. Report Delivery

We aim to provide reports within 4-6 hours for routine scans. Urgent reports can be provided sooner upon request by the referring doctor. Online report access is provided as a convenience and is subject to system availability.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of the diagnostic service. We accept cash, UPI, and major credit/debit cards. Diagnostic fees are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Patient Conduct

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy towards misbehavior or harassment of our medical and technical staff. We reserve the right to refuse service in such cases.

6. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Barmer, Rajasthan.
